Trimble SketchUp is a 3D design software that is used as a tool for architectural landmarks, interior designing, civil and mechanical engineering, etc. It is one of the most popular 3D printing software. SketchUp has a freeware version (SketchUp Make) and a paid version (SketchUp Pro)

There are differences between SketchUp Pro and SketchUp Pro Subscription
SketchUp Pro Classic
The classic version will has no expiry date. User can use it lifetime. License activation is locked to installed machine. In 1 year if there is new version launched, user can get free upgrade. But user has to pay maintenace fee every year to get free upgrade to latest version. There are some cases that computer has broken, license will be gone with computer. User can request to reactivate with new PC but it may take time.
There are 3 levels of SketchUp subscriptions.
They are: SketchUp Shop, SketchUp Pro, and SketchUp Studio.
They all include the features and applications of the previous offering plus some extra stuff. With these subscriptions, you can access increased functionality specific to your needs at an affordable price.
